@VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup do you have a functioning human that can help me ???? My phone locked. I've tried calling.. emailing.. Facebook. Other customers: careful of getting Vodafone contract. No-one ever answers you. Ever.

@VodafoneUK Be careful of ever getting contract with Vodafone. My bills topped 200 a month. Trying to switch to O2 and they locked the phone for 5 days! Can't get through to anyone. Indian call centre just repeat nonsense. I'm using Wi-Fi to tweet. My phone caput. No resolution.

@VodafoneGroup the worst customer service ever. I have tried for 5 days to get a response. Nothing. I was being charged bills in excess of £200 a month for a normal phone. They fleeced me! Now trying to move they blocked my phone... and won't unlock it !!! What to do??
