✅1) The order for SIR in Bihar issued on 24 June 2025 was issued with the unanimous approval of the Commission. This order has been upheld by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in its judgment dated 27 May 2026

✅2) In its Press Note No. 120 dated 26 September 2026, in Point 1(iii), ECI has stated that, "The declaration attached to Form 6 for SIR has been upheld by the Hon'ble Supreme Court."

झारखंड विधानसभा चुनाव के दौरान मुझे JSSC-CGL अभ्यर्थियों की पीड़ा, आक्रोश और भर्ती प्रक्रिया को लेकर उनकी चिंता को करीब से देखने का मौका मिला था।

आज जो छात्र अपने भविष्य और न्याय की मांग को लेकर आंदोलन कर रहे हैं, उनकी भावनाओं को मैं भली-भांति समझ सकता हूँ। यदि झामुमो-कांग्रेस-राजद झारखंड सरकार समय रहते छात्रों की शिकायतों पर संवेदनशीलता और पारदर्शिता के साथ कार्रवाई करती, तो स्थिति यहां तक नहीं पहुंचती। दुर्भाग्य से अनियमितताओं और पेपर लीक के आरोप लगातार बढ़ते गए और आज लाखों युवाओं का भविष्य संकट में है।

मैं झारखंड के छात्र-युवाओं के इस न्यायपूर्ण आंदोलन के प्रति अपना नैतिक समर्थन व्यक्त करता हूँ और राज्य सरकार से आग्रह करता हूँ कि छात्रों की जायज़ मांगों को अविलंब स्वीकार कर उनके साथ न्याय करे।

युवाओं के भविष्य के साथ अन्याय किसी भी कीमत पर स्वीकार्य नहीं हो सकता।

जिस तरह हजारों की संख्या में छात्र अपनी वाजिब मांगों को लेकर रांची में डटे हुए हैं, यह इस आंदोलन की ताकत को दिखाता है। यह आंदोलन जरूर कामयाब होगा।

छात्रों की मांग है कि JPSC और JSSC की भर्ती परीक्षाओं में अनियमितताओं की CBI जांच कराई जाए, भर्ती प्रक्रिया को पूरी तरह पारदर्शी बनाया जाए और गड़बड़ी के लिए जिम्मेदार लोगों के खिलाफ सख्त कार्रवाई की जाए।

इस आंदोलन में शामिल हजारों छात्र ही इसकी सबसे बड़ी ताकत और चेहरा हैं। धीरे-धीरे @khurpenchh , @TheLallantop अन्य स्थानीय मीडिया की वजह से इस आंदोलन की चर्चा राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर भी होने लगी है।

कम से कम दिल्ली में हुए आंदोलन से सीख लेते हुए झारखंड सरकार को समय रहते पहल करनी चाहिए।

Certain posts circulating on social media platforms have sought to misrepresent the Raksha Mantri’s address delivered on the floor of Parliament on July 28, 2025. These posts have selectively quoted an isolated portion of the speech to falsely imply that the Raksha Mantri claimed that no Indian soldier lost his life during Operation Sindoor. These are deliberately misleading and factually incorrect.

It must be recalled that at the time of the Raksha Mantri's address, a particularly persistent and dominant narrative had taken hold, both in certain sections of the media and on social media, which claimed that Indian pilots had been lost during Operation Sindoor. This narrative was entirely false, yet it was being amplified aggressively with the clear intent of diminishing the success of the operation and demoralising public sentiment. It was in direct reference to this specific and mischievous narrative that the Raksha Mantri made the statement in question.
