Being a seasoned traveller, I know flight disruptions are normal and I don't get easily irritated because of that. But what I can't take is the callous lack of customer service when these disruptions happen. @airindia was so bad yesterday that this is pure incompetence

and oh BTW, did I mention my incoming flight from ORD to HYD got cancelled couple weeks back. So we had to drive 11 hours in the middle of the night to catch a flight from JFK instead. PLEASE have some competent people run your airlines @airindia
