Few takeaways from Day 1 of #AUASummit25:
1️⃣ Drug shortages harm patient outcomes.
2️⃣ Urology burnout is rising—worse in women urologists.
3️⃣ Medicare physician payment reform is overdue; it fails to account for inflation.
4️⃣ Prior authorization hurts patients the most.

Week one of one of intern year ✅
I started residency on trauma nights, a humbling experience. I learned so much but still have so much to learn. Now to rest my body for a bit and jump into week 2.
