I have valid PUC & all documents.
no modification, NO noise/pollution issue.
Section 190(2) was wrongly applied.

SP Goa confirmed it’s a Transport Dept challan.

To address North Karnataka’s underdevelopment, the govt must focus on infrastructure to attract private investment. A second Bengaluru airport near Tumkur-Shira could spark industrial growth toward North Karnataka.

The ITPL story is proof of this. I remember visiting ITPL soon after it was inaugurated—there was nothing there back then. Today, that one building has driven massive development across the region. The same applies to Electronic City and its impact up to Hosur.

A similar approach with the Tumkur-Shira airport can transform North Karnataka. Let’s build a future of balanced development.
