ރާއްޖޭގައި ސްކައުޓް ޚިދުމަތް ފެށްޓެވުމުގައި އިސްނެންގެވި ލީޑަރުންނަށާއި، މިދިޔަ 70 އަހަރުގެ ތެރޭގައި މި ހަރަކާތް ދެމެހެއްޓުމުގައި ބައިވެރިވި ހުރިހާ ސްކައުޓުންނަށް މަރްޙަބާއާއި ޝުކުރާއި ސާބަސް މި އުފާވެރި އަހަރީ މުނާސަބަތުގައި އަޅުގަނޑު ދަންނަވަނީ، ޤައުމު ގޮވައިލި ކޮންމެ ވަގުތަކު ސްކައުޓުންވީ ޤުރުބާނީއާއި، މުޤާބިލުގައި އެއްވެސް އުޖޫރައެއް ބަދަލެއް ހޯދުމެއްނެތި ދަރުމައަށް ކޮށްދެމުންދާ ގިނަގުނަ ޚިދުމަތުގެ އަގު ވަޒަންކުރަމުން.
ސްކައުޓް ހަރަކާތަކީ ރައްޔިތުންގެ އިތުބާރާއި އިޙްތިރާމް ލިބިފައިވާ، ޤައުމު ފަޚުރުވެރިވާ ޚިދުމަތެއް. އަދި ރާއްޖޭގައި އޮތް އެންމެ ޒަމާންވީ، މުޅި ރާއްޖެއަށް އެންމެ ފުޅާކޮށް ފެތުރިފައިވާ އެންމެބޮޑު ވޮލަންޓްރީ ހަރަކާތްވެސްމެ.
ދިވެހީންނަށް މުހިންމު އެތައް ހުނަރަކާއި ރީތި އާދަތަކެއް ސްކައުޓް ހަރަކާތުންވަނީ އުނގަންނައިދީފައި. ހަރުދަނާ ދަރިންތަކެއް ޤައުމަށް ވަނީ ބިނާކޮށްދީފައި. ރާއްޖޭގެ ރަށްތަކުގެ ގުޅުން ބަދަހިކޮށްދިނުމުގެ އިތުރުން ދުނިޔޭގެ ޤައުމުތަކާ ރާއްޖެއާއޮތް ގުޅުން ވަރުގަދަކޮށްދޭ ބާރަކަށްވެސް ސްކައުޓް ވަނީ ވެފައި.
ރާއްޖެ ހޯދަމުންދާ ކުރިއެރުންތަކާއި އަންނަމުންދާ ތަރައްޤީއާއެކު ކުރިމަގުގައި ސްކައުޓް ހަރަކާތް އިތުރަށް ފުޅާކޮށް ސްކައުޓުން އިތުރުކޮށް، ޤައުމީ ޚިދުމަތުގައިދޭ ބައިވެރިވުން ބޮޑުކުރަމުން ދާން ޖެހޭނެކަމުގައި އަޅުގަނޑު ދެކެން. ދިވެހި ސްކައުޓް ހަރަކާތަށް ފާގަތިކަމާއި ކާމިޔާބަށް އެދެން. ކުރިއަށް ދިވެހި ޤައުމު! ކުރިއަށް ދިވެހި ސްކައުޓުން!

While we celebrate a legacy built entirely on the selfless dedication, tireless energy, and sacrifices of volunteers, I urge us all to deepen our commitment to building youth who are “Ready for Life” and who would continue to contribute to the betterment of society.

On this historic milestone of our 70th anniversary, I extend my warmest congratulations, deepest gratitude, and heartfelt appreciation to our founders, all our Scouts, leaders, and the entire Scouting family across the Maldives.

Over the past seven decades, Scouting has transformed the lives of thousands of Maldivians, instilling vital life skills, discipline, and noble values, while building resilient citizens who continue to serve as pillars of our society.

The pen is sacred. Allah tha'alaa Himself swears by it: "Nun. By the Pen and what they inscribe" (Quran 68:1).
The pen has the power to create nations or ruin reputations. It has the power to deliver fairness or create disorder.
The pen is a trust. Use it to protect, not harm.
