In June someone rented with Hertz who I don’t know and there was damage to their rental car and they somehow filed a claim for the damage with my GEICO insurance policy number. Hertz contacted GEICO for payment, which is being rejected for fraud, which it is.

@WyndhamHotels Can’t send DM to Wyndham for some reason. Another low quality customer svc interaction with Wyndham. There’s a down mattress pad on my non-down bed, too, so I’ve had to remake the bed without it. Pure incompetence at Wyndham- the chain is not ready for guests in Covid world.

@WyndhamHotels just checked in to Wyndhurst Manor in Lenox and we called 3x over the last 3 days to make sure our room had no down pillows (I’m allergic) because we don’t want any physical interactions with any staff. On the bed were all down pillows. Awful service.

@BoseService After updating my iPad to IOS 13.4 yesterday my sleepbuds no longer connect. I’ve tried to reconnect them but it doesn’t work. I tried to reconnect them on my phone and it’s the same thing. You need to update the sleep bud app to work with iOS 13.4

@adidasUS sold me a defective golf shoe and I called customer service to get a refund. They sent me an email that I would receive a gift card in 3-5 days and it’s been over a month...what terrible customer service. Why buy anything from @adidasUS ?
