Coaching changes shouldn't be forced in the middle of a playoff run. It's bad for everyone, especially the schools.

Meanwhile CMS (and private ins) created infinitely more paperwork (so more staff needed), and EHR requiring internet and computers drove up costs even further, to give the *same care*.

I met the sweetest family the other day. Their child had a case of croup. They had lots of questions and they picked up right away that I did not just push meds 💊 And if I didn’t know the answer to something they asked, they appreciated the honesty. I told them that some medication's might be necessary, but they should only be used if necessary.

They're a whole food family, minimally, processed tired of all the junk and the food dyes and the crap and the screens. we had the nicest time together. 💕

This is one way to rebuild trust between patients and physicians. Have a real conversation.
