ICT Tip💡: 9:30 Open, Draw on Liquidity & Intraday Execution.
The 9:30 open serves as a key reference point for intraday price delivery.
It introduces volatility and sets the stage for the session price seeks liquidity, creates an initial expansion (Judas swing), and begins to reveal direction.
However, that direction is not determined at the open.
It is already defined by the higher timeframe draw on liquidity, derived from the Weekly and Daily ranges.
If you don’t know the draw, you don’t have a narrative and without a narrative, there is no trade idea.
The open simply acts as the point where that higher timeframe narrative starts to be delivered on lower timeframes.
Within this delivery, the first FVG that forms between 9:31–10:00 AM EST (on the 1-minute chart during RTH) is not random it represents time-authorized inefficiency.
That initial imbalance becomes a key reference point, as price will often revisit it to rebalance before continuing toward its delivery objectives.
This is how you move from higher timeframe narrative to lower timeframe execution - with a clear, structured framework.
One of my favorite quotes is the one from Marcus Aurelius: ‘The happiness of your life depends upon the quality of your thoughts.’
I think it’s always good to remember it.
INCREASE SELF RESPECT:
1. If someone ignores you, then you should also ignore him completely.
2. Help people poorer than you and don't be afraid of people richer than you.
3. Learn to control your emotion. Don't tell anyone what you are going to do next.
4. Always keep your weaknesses a secret. Even from your best friends and your close ones.
I once met a guy...
he had the most testosterone I've ever seen in a man.
yet, he didn't "optimize" shit:
- smoked cigarettes
- ate chips
- drank plastic coffee
- drank beer
- didn't get much sleep
and still he was jacked, masculine af, and had triple the T of every twitter health guy.
very big lesson in there.
Mel Gibson: "I have 3 friends. All 3 of them had stage 4 cancer…and all 3 of them…don't have cancer right now at all…"
Joe Rogan: "What did they take…? Ivermectin and Fenbendazole…"
Mel Gibson nods in agreement.
How to stop being SHY:
1. Make eye contact even when it feels awkward.
2. Speak a little louder than your comfort zone allows.
3. Say your opinions without apologizing first
4. Walk with your shoulders back and your head up
5. Start small conversations with strangers on purpose.
6. Do one thing daily that scares your social anxiety.
7. Stop overthinking how you look or sound.
8. Accept you'll be judged anyway, so act freely.
9. Spend more time around confident people.
10. Practice until discomfort becomes your new baseline.
5 Habits That Are Killing Your Productivity:
1. You don’t wake up early (Marcus Aurelius)
2. You focus on what’s outside your control (Epictetus)
3. You don’t know how to say “no” (Seneca)
4. You’re in the wrong crowd (Marcus Aurelius)
5. You think you’ll live forever (Seneca)
