El Secretario de Defensa Wes Streeting apareció en BBC Newsnight y recomendó a todos los hogares que tengan provisiones para tres días. No es un simulacro ni un consejo de siempre: es la nueva campaña oficial “Be Ready”.
El mensaje es directo. Si se cae la luz, si un ciberataque tumba los sistemas de pago o si un evento climático corta el agua y la electricidad, cada familia debe poder aguantar sola al menos 72 horas.
Lo que pide el Gobierno
• 3 litros de agua embotellada por persona al día.
• Comida enlatada o que no necesite nevera ni cocinarse.
• Efectivo en efectivo (por si las tarjetas y los cajeros dejan de funcionar).
• Radio de pilas o a cuerda, linterna, mantas y botiquín.
Streeting lo dijo sin rodeos: las amenazas “no son hipotéticas” y “están aquí”. Habló de “terrorismo patrocinado por Estados”, ciberataques cada vez más sofisticados y la posibilidad real de que los supermercados o los bancos no funcionen durante días. El Gobierno insiste en que “no hay un ataque específico en marcha”, pero también reconoce que el mundo es más peligroso e inestable que antes.
En un país donde casi todo se paga con el móvil, el Estado acaba de admitir que el efectivo vuelve a ser un recurso de emergencia. Y que la dependencia total de internet, electricidad y cadenas de suministro globales tiene un punto de ruptura.
La campaña ya circula fuerte. No es una orden militar, pero sí una señal clara: las autoridades ya no dan por hecho que los servicios esenciales van a estar siempre disponibles. Y le están pidiendo a la población que se prepare como si no lo fueran.

the hacker swept his entire account the minute he entered the 25th word passphrase.

So NO, a passphrase will not protect u against a tampered device.

I can confirm that @BTChip (the cofounder of @Ledger) told our team about this back in 2018 and told us the solution was to use a 25th word passphrase also.

@lever0x @coingecko Model One and Model T keep your crypto safe. Physical attacks require lab equipment and your device in someone else’s hands. If this is still a concern, a strong passphrase fully mitigates this risk.

I would say the TaiFu Crypto Index is about 70-85% passive depending on your investing/trading experience.

@MasterDuoc 4/ There are coins we dislike like @litecoin cuz their founder said many times they can't find devs to work on it but LTC still fits the TaiFu™ Crypto Index requirements so we have to leave it in there.

Also, if u invest, u have to have a % in cash & S&P 500 doesn't count that.

@MasterDuoc 2/ the S&P 500 is for marketing, political, capital formation, etc. Making a profit is not the primary objective of the index. A committee decides which stock gets added to the S&P 500 index whereas the TaiFu™ Crypto Index is based on rules we set at birth of index.

Security Alert for Fearless Wallet

Fearless Wallet is a third-party application, built and maintained by an independent team.

Following an investigation by the Polkadot Technical Fellowship on behalf of the @PCF_org, it was found that the Fearless Wallet browser extension had been compromised and had been leaking users’ private keys since February 2025.

If you have used the Fearless Wallet browser extension, please create a new keypair with a different wallet and move your funds as soon as possible.

Remember to never share your private keys.

Trong thời gian tới, CAEX sẽ tiếp tục hoàn thiện các cấu phần công nghệ, quy trình nghiệp vụ và năng lực vận hành, đồng thời phối hợp với cơ quan có thẩm quyền để đáp ứng đầy đủ các điều kiện tham gia chương trình thí điểm thị trường tài sản mã hóa.

Việc cung cấp dịch vụ giao dịch tài sản mã hóa sẽ được triển khai sau khi doanh nghiệp đáp ứng các yêu cầu liên quan theo quy định pháp luật và được cấp phép.
