Look at the @qatarairways customer support page - it has dozens of tweets asking why its customer care phone lines are not working. They said they will call me on WhatsApp. No call still. Why not just get the phone lines up?

@qatarairways your India helpline number doesn’t seem to be working. How does a customer contact you? Live chat is off, there is no email. Very disappointing. Either build a good app infrastructure or be accessible for support.
@bookmyshow appalled by your apathy. Tickets accidentally booked on a wrong date cannot be modified even within the first 60 seconds. Feels like there are no humans behind this app. No scope for the slightest error, only a flat 50% cancellation fee

@JioCare The engineer (Nikhil) did not visit, and has on his own put the request on hold without my consent. I will wait till 2PM today for internet to be active, otherwise I will switch to Airtel. You are wasting my time.
