Despite several reminders, no action has been forth coming from the customer service division of MMT. I do hope this indifferent attitude will change for the better in 2025. Might be just wishful thinking.

After I posted on twitter, got a call. for the hundredth time explained the issue at hand. was told that it would be resolved in 48 hours. It has become a joke. Gor help MMT clients.

It appears that MMT does not have a customer service policy. No asker no teller . God save them.

The customer care service at MMT is appalling and in my opinion it should be dismantled. Serves no purpose.

I made a booking on MMT on 28-11-2024 for a one day stay at ITC Gardenia Bangalore. Chk in 14-12-2024 and chk out 15-12-2024. Have deleted the mail from MMT by accident. Need to cancel the booking. Need help. have sent emails. no response
