@jaak_ash It’s difficult to make people take ownership when basic civic services are not delivered consistently. Many of the issues highlighted are not because of the public, but due to gaps in administration.

@dstock_insights Thanks for the feedback. I’m planning to include the ward level representative and generate content to report an issue with the draft based on the user report. I thought of building an automatic reporting system in the government portal, but there aren't many options to integrate
