Congratulations to the federal govt for winning against the people.

FBR adds 18% sales tax on Rs 40 but will deduct it from your Rs 11. https://t.co/izYwh4vD3y
We are a middle class working family. It took us 8 years to get independent because joint family wasn't viable anymore. Due to Imran Khan House loan scheme I was able to get money for my own house. Half of the money was loaned for the plot buying half of the loan was given for construction. The rest of our own savings plus family helped. We finally got a 5 Marla house. It took a further three years for us to get savings for solar panels. My husband gave me the only car for the kids and myself and himself travelled on Uber to the office. The winters were terrible on the bike for him, the cold made his back a permanent aching story, the summer again travelling back on forth to the office on the bike was a different story. Finally we were able to afford panels. Finally we got a breather on bills. And now this. My story may not be something big for a significant population of this country who is living from hand to mouth. But we still are diligent working couples who pay taxes do not block roads and want governance above all. Why should we face incompetence. Don't tell me this won't affect people. The middle class has been working their ass off getting them from savings they are doing for years. It won't make you tear up and I don't fucking care but don't try to brush this under the carpet.
What skills will truly matter by 2030?
They won’t be purely technical. They’ll be deeply strategic.
Drawing from powerful insights by Jeroen Kraaijenbrink (@JKraaijenbrink) and the World Economic Forum (@wef)
The future belongs to those who master how to think critically and lead effectively.
It’s not about knowing how to code.
It’s about knowing how to connect dots, challenge ideas, and inspire action.
Here are the key drivers that will set future leaders apart:
1) Big-picture (systems) thinking
2) Creativity in solving problems
3) Clear and structured analysis
4) Motivation rooted in self- awareness
5) Influence that uplifts others
6) Flexibility in the face of change
7) Relentless curiosity and love of learning
These skills aren’t optional anymore.
They’re the core engine for thriving in uncertain times.
Yes, AI and tech tools are game changers, but without human clarity, courage, and insight, they’re just noise.
The real competitive advantage?
👉 Think deeper
👉 Lead bolder
👉 Adapt quicker
That’s the game.
Which of these are you sharpening right now?
