I urge them to apply the same dedication and clarity of purpose toward achieving peace and economic prosperity for the country in general, and Pukhtunkhwa in particular. Only a peaceful, prosperous Pakistan can attain its rightful place on the world stage in the truest sense.

Balochistan Assembly Resolution on Flood Relief

On 12th September 2025, the Balochistan Assembly unanimously adopted a joint resolution urging the Federal Government to appeal for international assistance through the United Nations.

The resolution further emphasized that relief for flood victims should be provided transparently and effectively through the Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP).
