incidentally, colour coding as the only way of doing this is not ideal! initially came from colours just being added for variety, but became quite useful. will be adding an option to display by authority boundary and label stops by authority.

in some cases it's not just a small bit of overlap, it can be stops that are well out of the way to get to for the local authority they fall in. maybe @SomersetLib have a word with @NSomLibraries and get them to do the Shipham stop?
