the entire franchise exist solely because it has lore that allows it to exist,
the miniatures look the way they do because they are described by lore,
the games are based on characters and world building of the lore,
all art, armor, vehicles, cities, planets, gods, characters, from all species and cultures human or otherwise in 40k, is because of the lore,
as well as the plot its self and the scenes of events in the franchise are the way they are from lore.
with out lore you dont have sanguineous, horus, or any other primarcs and their stories or their sons, you dont have the chaos gods or the emperor of mankind, or eldar, necron or tyranids, or anything else.
with out lore there is no warhammer 40k,
the stories and world building from the lore is what allows the world of 40k and everything in it to exist,
and if you dont like 40k lore or reject its lore continuity,
than why pretend to be a 40k fan?
Khorne, the players who only care about the game and not the lore.
Tzeentch, the progressives that wanna change everything.
Nurgle the doomers who either already have giving up on 40k, or have become apathetic.
Slaanesh, the people who are obsessed about their fetishes.

This and the fact that chaos fundamentally aligns more to the left/anarchism, who are the ones that have been enforcing dei into entertainment for the ideological control and making it "progressive".
Where as the right/conservatism, is more aligned to the Imperium and the emperor, because the Imperium is all about conserving the status quo of order,
Either the religious value, imperial order and rules, military power, nobility and leadership hierarchy, and preservation of reality itself by fighting chaos that distorts everything it touches.
(The Imperium embodies order and chaos embodies rejection of order for personal freedom,
but freedom without order is absolute anarchy, hence the nature of chaos.)
I grew up watching Stargate, its one of those shows that defined your world view as a kid,
And hearing Martin gero wouldn't budge to amazon shows how much he loved his franchise,
its after all this kind of passion and love for the show that caused it to exist in the first place,
that kind of flame in peoples soul is hard to find these days, especially in hollywood.
Some of the Terrain pieces I sculpted this month
Sculpted as SUPPORT FREE for FDM printing
I've also done some straight and curved sections that can all be put together to make more complex terrain or even dungeon/ cave sections

They have, we just dont get to read about them much,
(nurgle especially since he usues mortals to test out his new plagues, and some turn immortal eternally cursed to to rot and regrow in a never ending cycle.)
Arch does talk about the societies in chaos worlds, and the logistics of running them, Pretty good watch.

@Serena_Gabena yup, thought personally i think the skin farm is far more horrible than the demonculaba it self,
and also those skinless half spacemarine mutants failures in the sewer,
"And you won't be missed." -> Cuts into the GOD EMPEROR experiencing YOUR suffering MOVING to look at YOU! He knows, He sees, He cares!!! 🥹🥹🥹😭😭😭💞 💞 💞
yeah i would like a source on that because that phill kelly qoute can be from your ass for all we know,
and all i can find is your dumbass on reddit spouting nonsense,
(i took a entire galaxy spanning race of heighten uncontrolled powerful eldar psykers to give birth to slaanesh, tau cant or ever will succeed in making their god as power full as the emperor or slaanesh simply cause they aren't psykers themselves )
The book does not support this reading in this scene. The narrative (told from the Tau POV) treats the whole lake/tears story as human superstition.
Shadowsun drinks it with zero reverence and zero effect beyond quenching her thirst.
There is no “transference of psychic energy,” no Chaos-warding, and no demonstration that “people who THINK they have power” actually get it here.
worse the visions she got could have been the chaos gods, we dont know, all i know is that if you destroy or break the rules set by the imperium, that it always leads to chaos,
as for tau va, she is a warp deity, she can be a deamon for all we know,
and the mater of fact is unlike the emperor who was born on earth and sits on the throne, you cant disprove that tau'va isn't a deamon, because she was created in the warp,
and that's something you as a greater good cuck, have to life with.
its not patient hunter its this one, though kais narrative about the book is over blown, the story is about shadow sun coming to terms with her self, thats it,
it really doesn't have anything to do with the imperium, or actual visions from the emperor, all she sees is a child she never gave birth to.
in fact in the book, she explicitly commands her fleet to saturate the area around the Imperial defence laser with a full fleet bombardment, fully aware it will cause massive civilian deaths and planetary-scale collateral damage.
"tau are the good guys," but still will kill civilians?
@hymns_imperium@ramrodjohnston yeah the main reason i remember this is because when i got into warhamer, the tts series made fun of this fact.
that one of the custodeas told emps that they collected his tears and the emperor stated he doesn't cry, but later he does.
and here you go again,
buddy, your the definition of wasted time,
tau drank from a random lake and and shadow sun had a visions, (its never specified that lake was the one with the statue either)
but i digress, you can speculate all you want but how does that state the emperor doesn't protect or ward of deamons,
as all of the sisters of battle and other factions use weapons imbued with his tears and faith.
while tau solely rely on other races, so much so that without other races they would be dead because without them there wouldn't be tau' va and tau would have been destroyed by nurgle.
