Announcing our new and stable release of Segment Anything for Microscopy!
We introduce new features and improve the tool to segment microscopy data with a few clicks, like the mitochondria in the video, first segmented automatically and then corrected interactively.
Hope it will be helpful!!
Here is our detailed sample prep using HPF and FS for TEM, FIB-SEM and chemical imaging!!

Long term collaboration with @JohanD13016359 @SchoehnGuy and @IBS_Grenoble
Thanks to Paolo Ronchi @PaoloRonchi10 for sharing his experience of APC-free #OA publishing in @J_Cell_Sci via our #ReadAndPublish agreement with @embl @szilardlibrary
Read Paolo's paper https://t.co/dt6wGXgxzO
See if your institution also has an agreement https://t.co/WpJcxTt3x8
My new paper is out =)
It's a review of electron microscopy (EM) in general and of EM in zebrafish neurobiology in particular.
Also contains a decision tree for EM techniques
Could be useful for EM beginners and fans of #zebrafish, especially the brain

Our oceans & coastlines are a treasure trove of organisms awaiting scientific exploration, including tiny plankton that form the basis of the global food web. A new toolkit, developed at EMBL, has the power to speed up their identification & analysis.

@EM__Ian@GordonConf @VolumeEM1 Thanks @EM__Ian for your feedback and very nice discussions during the conference! I enjoyed a lot learning more about array tomography! #vEMtura23
Will soon share the list of #arraytomography and EM suitable antibodies with all the #volumeEM community with the help of our @cziscience funded AT network initiative. If any of you are successfully using Abs on EM resin sections, pls let me know and I'll include them!
My first postdoc preprint from work at @Dey_Gautam, @dudin_o & @SchwabYannick labs is out! https://t.co/wztOf1WqrX Buckle up for a tale of mitotic divergence in Ichthyos!
I'm very happy to share my CebraEM package for segmentation of organelles in volume SEM datasets, developed during my PhD with @SchwabYannick. A big thanks to everyone involved!
