No way did we get Jon blatantly ignoring Sansa’s forced marriage, and breaking his oaths to save “Arya” from her forced marriage, only for Jon to say “Well [Rhaegar and Lyanna] were married so everything is good!” Hell no.
enemies to lovers isnt a bad ship trope when people dont misunderstand that "enemies" is supposed to mean two people of equal standing but on different sides. like im sorry but you cant be mad if people dont like your ship which is a bigoted bully x their victim
Kid represents the punk philosophy and subculture, and one of the most iconic slogans of that culture is, "Punk never dies!"
People often say that Kid is unlucky, as he's somewhat inspired by William Kid, known as the most unlucky pirate in history. However, I would argue that he's actually very lucky.
On multiple occasions now, Kid has rushed into conflict and ended up out of his depth and defeated. However, there has always been a silver lining, and he always managed to escape. That's incredible luck.
How will this play out in the Elbaf situation? Well, Kid lost his ship, but it just so happens that Elbaf is a place where you can get Adam Wood, and it also just so happens that Elbaf is a place associated with a group of legendary shipwrights.
"But he drowned. How can that matter?" Well, Vegapunk explained that sea levels had risen by 200m in the Void Century. This means that when Kid and his crew sank, there was still land beneath them. The "Underworld" of Elbaf is not actually the lowest realm. There is another lost realm beneath it. The "Sunken Realm."
Once again, the stars align for Kid to make a miraculous escape, but what will he do next? Go after Shanks, again?! Didn't he learn his lesson?
I believe that Kid will play a major part in the final war, as would be fitting of his punk philosophy. Who could his opponent be? Greenbull would be quite a fitting adversary, as he represents an exact opposite of Kid's philosophy.
Beyond that, there's also the chance that Kid will end up fighting Shamrock. It is possible that Kid's vendetta against Shanks is actually a case of mistaken identity, and it was actually Shamrock who wronged him.
No matter what Kid's final role ends up being. There's no doubt that he will survive and play a major part in the events to come.
"Punk never dies!"
>the Emperor has created a heaven for humanity in the Warp
>the Emperor sends literal angels to defend humanity
>the Chaos Gods literally laugh at their worshipers as they die and their souls are devoured
>he apologizes for actual, literal, soul and body corrupting daemons to "own the chuds"
You did the meme.
“The Matron of Ravens did nothing wrong,” I say into the mic. The crowd boos.
I begin to walk off in shame, when a voice speaks and commands silence from the room.
"She's right," they say.
I look for the owner of the voice.
There in the 2nd row stands Matthew Mercer
Slight correction: Tashigi's dream is to confiscate the famed blades from specifically evil swordsmen. This would mean that characters such as Zoro and Shanks don't necessarily count.
Tashigi is much more likely to target swordsmen such as Shiryu of the Rain, who is the archetypal evil swordsman.
Incidentally, it just so happens that Tashigi's sword is one of the famed blades, and it is called, "Shigure." Meaning, "Autumn Rain." Tashigi has had a recurring association with rain throughout the story -
.When Tashigi first clashed with Zoro, it was raining
.When it started raining in Alabasta, Tashigi was the first to comment
.Tashigi used a rain themed attack to finish off Monet
Tashigi's most likely final opponent in the story is Shiryu. By defeating him, Tashigi will have taken a huge step toward achieving her dream..
But what about characters like Mihawk? You say. Well, that is a whole different scenario. Tashigi doesn't need to defeat Mihawk to claim Yoru. She will inherit it. Because Mihawk is her father.
the same gods that each of the starks embodies are also the ones who stay deaf to their prayers.
