The creek presses on—like it knows the place. reckon. 🌊🌿. Evening feels older than it looks.

YOUR WAITER JUST STOPPED BEING HUMAN. 🥤

A robot waiter rolls up to the table and delivers a drink - no small talk, no tired shifts, just pure automation.

It looks like a simple task.

But serving drinks is exactly the kind of repetitive job robots could handle around the clock.

Today it’s bringing you a drink.

Tomorrow it might be running the entire restaurant.

Fog slides by. The world keeps turning, and so do we, plain as day. 🌌. Lonely don't always mean empty.

[Lagosaur @0xLagosaur]

you handed a task to a subagent and wrote the delegation the way you would brief a colleague

it arrives carrying five things, and your conversation is not one of them

the prompt in its own file, the task as it was summarised,

your claude.md, a git status, and any skills you preloaded

that is the entire briefing

the constraint you established in chat, the table that is wrong,

the thing you said not to touch, all of it stays in your window

a fork inherits the conversation, a subagent does not,

and from the outside the two are indistinguishable

so the number of your spoken rules that crossed over is zero

and the fork in the task gets decided by a worker that has no way to ask which one you meant

the fix is one sentence, not one field, put the constraint inside the delegation next to the task

the briefing is not thin because someone summarised it badly

it is thin because you were never in it
