@makemytripcare @flyspicejet Refund pending since 29 Apr after airline cancelled flight.Goibibo keeps changing refund dates daily despite promising instant refund without waiting for airline settlement. Had to book alternate flights at higher fares. Escalated to @airsewa_MoCA.

@GoibiboSupport @GoibiboSupport Your own policy promised instant refund without waiting for airline settlement, yet nothing happened until I raised AirSewa complaints and tweeted publicly. Is this how customers are treated for trusting your company? Is this how i will get my hard earned money?
