@HappyFaresindia I got call and you guys are saying we will not give full refund. It’s does not matter we have issued ticket or not it’s our policy to not refund amount . So kindly clarify why you will not do full refund when you have not issued the ticket.

@HappyFaresindia I have booked a return ticket for my sister from Dubai to Delhi for 19th dec . And her fright was today from Delhi to Dubai . You guys have issued fake ticket which count verified at airport . So booked Dubai to Delhi ticket again with @makemytrip

@HappyFaresindia I am not out of reach you dint try to call me stop lying . Name will be updated on PNR from your side only airline nothing to do with it . You have not updated name on PNR so that’s why it couldn’t be validated at airport. Process full refund . For your info I replied on email.

@HappyFaresindia @HappyFaresindia have you initiated the refund or not ? I got confirmation from @flyspicejet the mentioned PNR is not associated with traveler name means ticket has never been issued . Or do you want me to make complaint in consumer court?

@HappyFaresindia I have checked that where have mentioned we cannot guarantee the cancellation and refund. For this dummy booking even we have not paid a single penny to airline . So what do you want me to reply there . Check the screenshot this kind a fake booking I can also meke on airline site

@HappyFaresindia The reason is that isn’t dummy PNR . You can check payment is incomplete so that’s why they couldn’t validate at airport . And don’t say that you have landed heavy loan to @flyspicejet so you can book tickets without paying them .
