Interest on the national debt is the largest budget problem in the US.

~$1T in interest by 2026.
Likely $2T+ within a decade.

Until that’s addressed, every debate about new taxes is fighting over the margins. Congress needs a plan now

@NYCMayor Unlikely outcome of the deal given low moats and competition to date. If anything cost synergies and scale allow WU to lower prices. You have no idea what you’re talking about (you probably supported blocking the spirit sale which resulted in their eventual bankruptcy)
