The main change to the uninstaller converts any HTML/rich-text formatted tickets/replies to plain text, making them easier to view in HESK 3. This was the primary pain point in users not being able to switch to HESK 3.

@afilincieri @HESKdotCOM Updating to HESK 3 requires you to uninstall Mods for HESK first, so yes - Mods for HESK functionality will be removed.

If you do not wish to lose MfH-exclusive features, I recommend waiting.

@geppettvs HESK 3 does not currently have any MfH features. I cannot say exactly what features are in the pipeline for future HESK updates; however I can personally say that I'll be evaluating all feedback from MfH users as to what they use most from MfH 🙂

@DrHool @Gigarun While I can't state what features will be added down the road, I may be able to provide some tools / utilities to convert HTML tickets back into plaintext. No ETA as to when I will be able to provide that, however.

@Gigarun There are currently no plans (that I know of) to migrate the MfH codebase into HESK. If any features are to be migrated, they will be re-written in HESK.

@LuxHomeProfits @HESKdotCOM Mods for HESK itself is responsive by design. However, if you are looking for a responsive version of "regular" HESK (without mods), then I believe that currently does not exist.
