@webafrica How do I get assistance with my billing? I keep getting billed even tho I cancelled 2 months ago! Your WhatsApp line is useless and I cannot DM you
Strongly advise to avoid using @webafrica
Rude and unhelpful staff! They keep insisting I owe them money even tho my services were cancelled a while back! https://t.co/tuhvF6rSve
Back at it again! @webafrica@WebAfricaHelper@vumatel with their terrible service! Full of false promises but nothing being done to resolve the issue at hand! Only send out template messages about how they acknowledge there’s a problem and technicians are working on it!
I haven’t had stable internet connection since January!
I pay so much every month and don’t even get half the speed of my package or I’m offline most of the time!
They promised me credits/refunds and I’m still waiting.
They’re just a bunch of liars and thieves!
@WebAfricaHelper@webafrica@vumatel they refuse to cancel my contract with them and threaten to deduct penalty charges! They cannot provide the service they promised why must I continue to pay them?
@vumatel@webafrica@WebAfricaHelper I was still experiencing the same issue after the technicians came and reduced the losses. From -28dB it dropped to -19dB but I still had the same problem
