I realized pretty quickly that I just don’t have the time to apply to internships the way I used to. There’s too much going on now. Classes, building things, running the Data Science Club, and trying to actually have a life outside of all of it.
So this recruiting season, I started using Grok Bot to help with the internship search.
I use it to research companies before I apply, figure out who I should reach out to, find contact paths, keep track of applications and conversations, and remind me to follow up when I would’ve otherwise forgotten.
It’s basically the extra layer I needed because there are only so many hours in a day.
