Lamiez Holworthy has revealed that she nearly lost her life after being rushed to hospital on Sunday, saying she had lost a significant amount of blood and doctors considered a transfusion.
Now back home, Holworthy says the ordeal taught her to listen to her body and that there is no honour in working herself to death. She will take time off to recover.
