Cause:
A genomic imprinting disorder involving chromosome 11p15, leading to overexpression of insulin-like growth factor 2 (IGF-2) and/or loss of function of growth-suppressor genes (e.g., CDKN1C).
@abdulhamid_199 Gingival hyperplasia strongly suggests the patient is on a Calcium Channel Blocker (CCB), most commonly Nifedipine, which is known to cause this side effect.
