@geraldbitok Why not keep the taxes but make sure the Changamwe refinery is revived, a huge strategic reserves built in one of our deserts, then connect a pipeline from Changamwe to South Sudan. That way We keep a reserve of 6 months at any given time. We can't be living hand-to-mouth
