Wtf kind of ignorant opinion is this? The world is burning, cybercrime is at its peak, economy is dead, cost of living is atrociously high. So teens should stop worrying about about good colleges and what they want to do with their lives, and instead do more drugs and sex.

Aren’t the teens depressed because they’re not drinking, doing drugs, or having sex? My hazy recollection of being a young person is that partying was fun — and I’m not even a fun person or good at partying.

If you have multiple papers before you even began a PhD, it likely means you had access that others didn't.

I wish more PhD programs would take a step back and stop this absurd practice of favoring multiple papers before someone even begins a training program.

Cops in Alabama arrested an 82-year-old woman just for not paying her trash bill. Martha Louis Minefield says that when the police handcuffed her, they told her not to cry. Valley Police Chief Mike Reynolds defended the arrest in a press release.

@DiscourseDancer I will take your argument to a level further. Not only flawed, I will go so far as to say that on a practical, median level, the country is close to being a failed state. Most people, including where my family lives,dont have good water,food,air,education, jobs,and health.
