@KuwaitAirways as per your policy refund is due in 30-45 days. It took me 60 days to get refund. Now after 60 days the refund amount is INCORRECT. I Need refund computation and breakup. My experience with @KuwaitAirways has not been good

@etihad app id was disabled for no reason Two months ago. experience and attempts to get it reactivated are frustrating. First ask is share ID and Utility bill. I sent. Now, they say ID has to be held by individual in hand and photo to be shared. Seeking a passport seems easier.
