ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಕ್ಷಣಾ ವೇದಿಕೆಯ ನಿರಂತರ ಪ್ರತಿರೋಧ, ಹೋರಾಟ ಮತ್ತು ಒತ್ತಡಕ್ಕೆ ಕೊನೆಗೂ ಜಯ ಸಿಕ್ಕಿದೆ. ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಇಲಾಖೆ ಹೊರಡಿಸಿದ್ದ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ನಿಯಮಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕನ್ನಡ ಭಾಷಾ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರಿಗೆ ಅನ್ಯಾಯವಾಗುವಂತಹ ಅಂಶಗಳನ್ನು ನಾವು ತೀವ್ರವಾಗಿ ವಿರೋಧಿಸಿದ್ದೆವು. ನಮ್ಮ ಹೋರಾಟದ ಪರಿಣಾಮವಾಗಿ ಇದೀಗ ಹೊರಡಿಸಿರುವ ರಾಜ್ಯಪತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಗತ್ಯ ಬದಲಾವಣೆಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿ ಕನ್ನಡ ಭಾಷಾ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರಿಗೂ ಅವಕಾಶ ಕಲ್ಪಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ರಾಜ್ಯಪತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ಹಾಗೂ ಪದವೀಧರ ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ಶಾಲಾ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಷಾ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟವಾಗಿ ಗುರುತಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಕನ್ನಡ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಭಾಷಾ ವಿಷಯಗಳ ಅರ್ಹತೆ ಮತ್ತು ಬೋಧನಾ ಅರ್ಹತೆಗಳನ್ನೂ ನಿಯಮಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ದಾಖಲಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಸಮಾಜ ವಿಜ್ಞಾನ ಬೋಧಕರಿಂದಲೇ ಕನ್ನಡ ಬೋಧಿಸುವ, ತನ್ಮೂಲಕ ಕನ್ನಡ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಹಕ್ಕು ಕಿತ್ತುಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಸಂಚು ವಿಫಲವಾಗಿದೆ.

ಲಕ್ಷಾಂತರ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ, ಅದರಲ್ಲೂ ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಭಾಗದ ಕನ್ನಡ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟದ ಭಾಷಾ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ದೊರೆಯಲು ಇದು ಸಹಕಾರಿಯಾಗಲಿದೆ.

ಕನ್ನಡಿಗರ ಹಕ್ಕುಗಳ ವಿಚಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಕ್ಷಣಾ ವೇದಿಕೆ ಎಂದಿಗೂ ರಾಜಿಯಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ತಪ್ಪು ಕಂಡಾಗ ಪ್ರಶ್ನಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ, ಅನ್ಯಾಯವಾದಾಗ ಪ್ರತಿರೋಧಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ, ಅಗತ್ಯವಿದ್ದರೆ ಹೋರಾಟ ನಡೆಸುತ್ತೇವೆ. ಆದರೆ ಒಂದು ಮಾತನ್ನು ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟವಾಗಿ ಹೇಳಲು ಬಯಸುತ್ತೇನೆ:
ಇಂಥ ತಪ್ಪುಗಳನ್ನು ಮುಂದೆ ಎಂದಿಗೂ ಎಸಗಬಾರದು.

ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ನೀತಿ ರೂಪಿಸುವಾಗ ಕನ್ನಡ ಭಾಷೆ, ಕನ್ನಡ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು ಮತ್ತು ಕನ್ನಡ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಹಿತಾಸಕ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ಕಡೆಗಣಿಸುವ ಯಾವುದೇ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನವನ್ನು ಸಹಿಸುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

ಮತ್ತೆ ಇಂಥ ತಪ್ಪು ನಡೆಯದಂತೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಕಟ್ಟುನಿಟ್ಟಿನ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು. ತಪ್ಪು ನಿರ್ಧಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಕಾರಣರಾದವರ ಹೊಣೆಗಾರಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಿ, ತಪ್ಪಿತಸ್ಥರ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಶಿಸ್ತು ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು.

ಮೈಸೂರಿನ ಹುಡುಗನೊಬ್ಬ ಸೀರಿಯಲ್ ಮೂಲಕ ಸಣ್ಣ ಪಾತ್ರ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸಿ ಸಣ್ಣಪುಟ್ಟ ಸಿನಿಮಾಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪಾತ್ರ ಸಿಕ್ಕಾಗ ಅದನ್ನು ಸದುಪಯೋಗ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡು ಕೆಜಿಎಫ್ ಅನ್ನುವ ಎರಡು ದಂತಕಥೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನಟಿಸಿ ಭಾರತದಲ್ಲೆಲ್ಲಾ ಹೆಸರು ಮಾಡಿದ್ದು ತಮಾಷೆಯಲ್ಲ. ಆತ ಪಟ್ಟ ಶ್ರಮ, ತೋರಿಸುವ ಬದ್ಧತೆಗೆ ತಕ್ಕ ಪ್ರತಿಫಲ ಸಿಗಬೇಕು. ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಯಶ್ ಗೆಲ್ಲಬೇಕು.

ಕಾರಣಾಂತರಗಳಿಂದ ಕನ್ನಡದ ನಟರು ಪರಭಾಷೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ನಟಿಸಿಲ್ಲ, ನಟಿಸಿದರೂ ಬಹಳ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಹೆಸರು ಮಾಡಿಲ್ಲ. ಆ ಅವಕಾಶ ಯಶ್ ಗೆ ಸಿಕ್ಕಿದೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸದ್ಯಕ್ಕಂತೂ ಅದನ್ನು ಸದುಪಯೋಗ ಪಡೆದುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಕನ್ನಡದ ನಟನೊಬ್ಬ ದೇಶದಾದ್ಯಂತ ಮೆಚ್ಚಿಗೆ ಪಡೆದರೆ ಅದು ಕನ್ನಡಿಗರೇ ಹೆಮ್ಮೆ. ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಯಶ್ ಗೆಲ್ಲಬೇಕು.

ಯಶ್ ಪಾಲುದಾರಿಕೆಯೂ ಟಾಕ್ಸಿಕ್ ಚಿತ್ರಕ್ಕಿದೆ. ಯಶ್ ಗೆದ್ದರೆ, ಯಶ್ ಲಾಭ ಮಾಡಿದರೆ ಮತ್ತಷ್ಟು ಹಣವನ್ನು ಕನ್ನಡ ಚಿತ್ರಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ಹಾಕುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಯಶ್ ಗೆಲ್ಲಬೇಕು.

ಕೆಜಿಎಫ್ ಗೆದ್ದಮೇಲೆ ಯಶ್ ಎಂದೂ ದುರಹಂಕಾರ ತೋರಿಸಿ ಅವರು ಬೆಳೆದುಬಂದ ದಾರಿ ಮರೆತಿಲ್ಲ. ಅವರ ಬೇರುಗಳು ಗಟ್ಟಿಯಾಗಿ ಕನ್ನಡ ಮಣ್ಣಿನಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಇದೆ. ಈ ಕಾರಣಕ್ಕೆ ಯಶ್ ಗೆಲ್ಲಬೇಕು.

ಕನ್ನಡ ಚಿತ್ರರಂಗ ಇಂದು ನಾಯಕನಟರಿಲ್ಲದೆ ನಲುಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಕನ್ನಡ ಚಿತ್ರರಂಗದ ಭವ್ಯ ಇತಿಹಾಸವನ್ನು ಮುಂದಿನ ಪೀಳಿಗೆಗಳು ನೆನೆಯಬೇಕೆಂದರೆ ಇಂದು ನಾವು ಉಳಿಯಬೇಕು. ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ಯಶ್ ಪಾತ್ರ ದೊಡ್ಡದಿದೆ. ಆ ಕಾರಣಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಯಶ್ ಗೆಲ್ಲಬೇಕು.
