🚨 Power outage for over 1.5 hours in Brook Bond Colony, Padmaraonagar, Secunderabad.
This prolonged outage is causing severe inconvenience, especially to senior citizens, elderly residents, children, and working families.
I have already reported the issue through all official channels—the TGSPDCL web application, WhatsApp, and the customer care helpline, where I had to wait over 5 minutes to speak with an executive.

Road Restoration Pending After Sewerage Works – Behind Gandhi Hospital
The sewerage issue on the road behind Gandhi Hospital was recently attended by @HMWSSBOnline for which we appreciate the effort.
However, the restoration work has been left incomplete. Large heaps of excavated mud and debris remain on the roadside, making the stretch difficult and unsafe for commuters. It has been nearly a week, yet the road has not been restored to a safe, motorable condition.
We kindly request @HMWSSBOnline and @GHMCOnline to coordinate and complete the restoration work at the earliest by:
Removing the accumulated mud and debris.
Restoring the road surface to a safe condition.
Ensuring the stretch is safe for pedestrians, two-wheelers, and other vehicles.
A completed repair should include proper road restoration, not just resolving the underground issue.
Requesting the attention of @TelanganaCMO and @Collector_HYD to kindly ensure this matter is resolved promptly in the interest of public safety and smooth traffic movement.

For the past 3 hours, our residence at 1-8-482, Chikkadpally has been without electricity. In the middle of summer, this has become extremely difficult, especially for senior citizens and families.

🚨 Serious Concern Regarding Absence of GHMC Sanitation Staff

For the past 3 days, our colony has not been cleaned by the regular GHMC sanitation team. Since Saturday, garbage has been accumulating in front of residential homes, creating an unhygienic environment and causing inconvenience to residents.

As responsible citizens, we pay our property taxes regularly and expect basic sanitation services to be delivered consistently. Unfortunately, the current situation reflects a complete absence of routine cleaning activity in the locality.

The accumulated waste is not only unpleasant to look at but also poses a potential health risk, especially to children, senior citizens, and residents living nearby.

Requesting immediate intervention from @GHMCOnline and the concerned sanitation officials to restore daily cleaning services and ensure that such lapses do not recur.

The water supply being received is highly inadequate and irregular. At times there is no supply at all, and even when water does come, the quantity is so negligible that it does not amount to even 10 buckets of water for an entire household.

This situation has become extremely difficult to manage, especially with senior citizens at home. Basic daily activities are being severely affected despite repeated follow-ups and the booking of a paid tanker.

Thank you for the response. The issue is irregular in nature — at times the water supply comes with extremely low pressure, and at other times there is completely no water supply at all. Due to this inconsistent supply for the past few days, our household is facing severe difficulty.
Because of the same, we had to book a paid tanker separately, which is also still pending delivery beyond the expected timeline. Senior citizens at home are being badly affected as water is an essential daily necessity.

Appreciate the ongoing review and infrastructure discussions by HMWSSB. However, a serious issue continues to persist near the Gandhi Hospital back gate lane, Boi Guda Road, Mushirabad.

Even after recent repair works, the road has been left in an unfinished kacha condition, making daily commuting extremely difficult and unsafe for the public. On top of that, another major sewage spring-like overflow has emerged in the same stretch, with heavy sewage leakage continuously flowing onto the road.

This route carries significant public and hospital-related traffic every day, and the current condition is creating severe inconvenience, unhygienic surroundings, foul smell, traffic disruption, and public health concerns.

Requesting the concerned authorities to kindly take up:
• Permanent sewage line rectification
• Immediate road restoration after repair works
• Drainage capacity inspection in the Gandhi Hospital back gate stretch
• Long-term preventive measures instead of temporary patchwork

This issue requires urgent priority attention in the interest of public safety and hygiene.
