ஆணையத்தின் படி ஒவ்வொரு ஆண்டும் திறக்க வேண்டிய நாள் ஜூன் 12. அதற்கு காலதாமதம் ஏற்படுத்த கூடாது அப்படி ஏற்பட்டா ஆணையம் உத்தரவிடம்.

இந்த ஆண்டு 2026- தாமதம் என்றவுடன் காவிரி மேலாண்மை வாரியத்தை அணுகாமல் நீதிமன்றத்தையும் அனுகாமல் 2 மாதம் தாமதமாகியுள்ளது.

இப்போது தண்ணீர் திறக்கப்படுள்ளது - ஆனால் கர்நாடகா அணைகள் நிரம்பிய பின்பு தான் திறந்துள்ளனர். இந்த விவகாரத்தில் விஜய் அரசு மோசமாக கையல ஒரே காரணம் தன் திரைப்படத்தின் தயாரிப்பாளார் லாபம் தவிர வேறு எதுவும் இருக்க வாய்ப்பில்லை.

இதில் கொடுமை என்னவென்றால் : விஜய் நல்ல மனசுக்கு இறைவனே தண்ணீர் அனுப்பிட்டார்னு கிளப்பி விளம்பரம் பண்ணிட்டு இருக்கு இன்னொரு குரூப்... நாளை காவேரி மீட்ட நாயகன் என்று பாராட்டு விழா கூட நடத்துவார்கள் போலும்.

ஆனால் இந்த விசயத்தை எடுத்து டெல்டா பகுதியில் பெரும் போராட்டத்தை கட்டமைத்திருக்க வேண்டிய திமுக எப்படியோ வாய்ப்பை விட்டுவிட்டு நீட் தேர்வு மோடி எதிர்ப்பு என சுற்றி வருகிறது... எனக்கு தெரிந்து திமுக இதற்கு மேலும் மோடி எதிர்ப்பு பேசுவது வீண் வேலை...

எதிர்கட்சியாக எப்போதும் திறமையாக அரசியல் செய்யும் திமுக , விஜய் அரசுக்கு எதிராக அரசியல் செய்ய முடியாமல் தடுமாறுகிறாது என்பது புதிய விடயம்.

Rahul Gandhi gave a lecture 3 years ago in parliament where he claimed India is a union of states and that without states there is no India. ( a foolish understanding of sovereign nation ) but thats not the issue. The point is for more than 55 days Karnataka cabinet is not filled. They are waiting in Delhi for Rahul Gandhi to approve the names. 50-60 mlas are camping in Delhi for 2 months. Imagine the administrative disaster in the state without ministers.

This is the respect Rahul Gandhi and congress gives to the federal structure.
