I grew up in Croydon - I know how meaningful it is when streets are respected and cared for.
That’s why I’m leading a zero-tolerance “broken windows” mission: fixing fly-tipping, graffiti, potholes, one street at a time.
Pride is restored by action, not words.

Delightful to see Lord @SyedKamall playing such an important role representing #BritishMuslims at #Coronation2023. Despite his busy schedule he always found time to support us in #Croydon when he was an MEP
Such sad and terrible news. Badsha was kind and generous friend and colleague who did everything with a smile. He will be sorely missed by all of us, especially Croydon's Bangladeshi community. My thoughts are with his friends and family at this time. RIP Badsha Bhai 🙏
Badsha was a dear colleague & close friend. His death is a sad loss to our party, his community and the Borough.
A good, caring, generous man – Badsha will be missed by many charities and community groups that he supported.
My thoughts are with his wife Jebun and his family.
Congratulations to @TonyP1967 and @laraleighfish. Its great to see Tony back on the Council after a long absence. He will be a great Councillor as he was in the past
I’d like to wish Hindus, Sikhs and Jains across Croydon a very happy and prosperous Diwali.
Whether you’re lighting diyas and sharing gifts at home, painting rangoli, or visiting friends, I hope you enjoy celebrating this Festival of Lights, and the triumph of good over evil.
Congratulations to @cllrjperry on his selection as Conservative candidate for Mayor of Croydon. He’s a lifelong resident and local businessman. The campaign to end Labour’s shocking 8 years running Croydon now starts
@CroydonLabour This really made me laugh. The first thing your “strong leader” Tony Newman did when he came to office in 2014 was to recruit extra PR staff for his personal office!
We are today announcing the Conservative Councillors who will be stepping down in 2022.
They will have collectively given over 100 years to our borough.
#Croydon is a much better place because of their efforts - we thank them all for their service.

Really shocked and saddened to hear that Chair of @PHRA_CR0, John Ingman, passed away. He was a great community champion for #ParkHill having chaired the association for years and fighting to keep the area's unique character. It was a privilege to have known him. @jadeparkhill
Dear @Keir_Starmer please can you explain this leaflet and clarify whether a Labour PM/Politician would refuse to have any relationship with the world’s largest democracy? Is this your message to 1.5 million+ members of the Indian diaspora in UK
