Today I learned two important concepts in automation: Triggers and Outputs.

A trigger is the event that starts a workflow.
An output is the information produced from that event that the next step in the workflow can use.

Imagine you order food online.

Trigger: You place your order.
Output: Your order details (food, address,and all)

The restaurant then uses that information to prepare your meal.

That’s how automation works.
Trigger starts the process, and the output helps the next step happen.
