At the inaugural session of Nirbhay Chetna held at IIPA, New Delhi, Shri Vivek Bharadwaj, Secretary, Ministry of Panchayati Raj, unveiled the training module “Redefining Masculinity in Panchayats: Towards Inclusive Growth”.

The module has been developed to engage elected men representatives in conversations around gender, leadership, responsibility and community transformation, fostering more inclusive and responsive Panchayats.

“गांव का सफ़र अब होगा बूम।”
“शक्ति भी हम, ताक़त भी हम, गांव की धड़कन – आवाज़ भी हम।”

यह रैप सॉन्ग नए भारत के गांवों की कहानी का जीवंत चित्रण है, जहां युवा कौशल-सम्पन्न हैं, महिलाएं सशक्त हैं, और ग्राम सभा प्रत्येक विकास निर्णय का आधार बन रही है। आइए, एकजुट होकर आगे बढ़ें, गांव को प्रगति की नई ऊंचाइयों तक पहुंचाएं क्योंकि यह गांव हमारा है और आने वाला कल भी हमारा है।
