@Robeaan @patrickbrownont He is sitting on 150 + vacancies … he did not tell the tax payers . This has built extra stress for the current workers resulting in 75% of those on Long term disability are due to Mental Stress caused by this Mayor . @patrickbrownont

This isn’t acceptable either. Both sides need to de-escalate. We now have an injured @PeelPolice officer in the midst of trying to keep the peace at multiple protests in both Mississauga and Brampton last night. This is yet another example of why I want to see a municipal by law urgently passed to prohibit protests at places of worship. The pro India and pro Khalistan sides who think it is appropriate to protest at a place of worship are completely wrong. This must stop.

Today I had a conversation with two bylaw officers. Did you know, Brampton refuses to provide body armor for Bylawofficers, putting their safety at risk every day? And by the way, MY loyal buddy Gordon came out to show his support for BRAMPTON workers!

@patrickbrownont Mr Mayor, CUPE extended their Strike deadline twice last night .. in the hope that we don’t have to go on Strike . We are fighting for our rights . We want a fair and equitable deal . We want to be treated in the same way as the City treats its management.
