@airindia I understood, but I requested them to give me some discount on new booking but tha thing is that they don’t want to convenience with passengers.

they must need to be learn how to handle the passengers .

@airindia“Disappointing experience with Air India from Delhi to Dubai actully i was coming from mathura and unexpacted i stucked in traffice so i was late 7 minuts from the checking time i requested them to check-in but air india stuff did’t allowed me to check in only for 7 min.
