Unmasking the Real Terrorists in Plateau State

Christians persecution and claims of Christians genocide by are fabricated lies and stories being used as a cover-up for the continuous killings and dislodgement of Muslims across Plateau State. These narratives have been consistently pushed to mislead the public and the international community, while the real perpetrators of violence continue to operate under false accusations directed at others.

The recent efforts of the troops of Operation Safe Haven are now revealing the actual terrorists, bandits, and militias behind the cycle of killings in Jos, the capital city of Plateau State, and its environs. These operations are beginning to expose the truth that has long been ignored or deliberately concealed.

What the world does not know is that whenever killings are orchestrated, the media quickly rushes to label them as attacks carried out by Fulani or Muslims. In the same way, some Christian leaders, especially certain pastors, are quick to tell the world that it is Fulani or Muslims killing Christians. These are desperate attempts to cover up the identity of the actual perpetrators.

In a similar pattern, when reprisals occur, the corpses of those killed are used by some pastors, youth leaders, and sections of the media to reinforce the same narrative—again labeling the killings as acts carried out by Fulani or Muslims in Plateau State. What is often not mentioned is that such incidents may be reprisals following earlier attacks, where Fulani or Muslim individuals were attacked unprovoked and killed. In some cases, even innocent Muslim travelers are intercepted and killed by tribal militias, yet these incidents receive little or no attention.

Within just two days, two different sets of arrests were made by the troops of Operation Safe Haven. These arrests clearly revealed that neither Fulani nor any Muslim is among the terrorists, tribal militias, and bandits operating around the vicinity of Jos city. This directly contradicts the popular narrative that has been widely circulated.

These developments clearly show that the ongoing killings in Plateau State are not as they are being portrayed. The attempt to link every act of violence to Fulani or Muslims is misleading and does not reflect the reality on ground. The facts emerging from these arrests are exposing those truly responsible.

It is important for the truth to be told, and for people to stop hiding behind false narratives. The security situation in Plateau State should be addressed based on facts and evidence, not propaganda or sentiments. Only then can justice be achieved and lasting peace restored in the state.
