لن أعود إلى قراءة التاريخ السياسي لصوماليلاند وشعبها؛ فكلما تعمّقت فيه، ازددت غضبًا من تكرار المآسي، ومن حجم التجهيل المتعمّد الذي تعرّض له هذا الشعب.
إلى اليوم، لا يزال من باعها يُصوَّر بطلًا، ومن سجن إرادتها يُقدَّم منقذًا، بينما تُهمَّش تضحيات من آمنوا بها ودفعوا أثمانًا باهظة من أجل حريتها.

ومع ذلك، لديّ أمل كبير في هذا الجيل؛ جيلٌ بدأ يسأل، ويقرأ، ويشكّك في الروايات الجاهزة، ويرفض أن يرث الصمت كما ورثه من قبله.

Somaliland Cabinet Approves Joint Declaration with Israel

Somaliland's Cabinet has unanimously approved the joint declaration signed with Israel after President Abdirahman Mohamed Abdullahi (Irro) presented the full text of the agreement for review.

The declaration was signed in Jerusalem on June 15, 2026, by President Irro and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, marking another step in strengthening diplomatic ties between the two sides. #صوماليلاند | مجلس الوزراء يوافق على الإعلان المشترك مع #إسرائيل

وافق مجلس وزراء صوماليلاند بالإجماع على الإعلان المشترك الموقع بين صوماليلاند وإسرائيل، وذلك بعد أن عرض الرئيس عبد الرحمن محمد عبد الله (عيرو) النص الكامل للاتفاق على المجلس لمراجعته.

وكان الإعلان قد وُقِّع في القدس بتاريخ 15 يونيو/حزيران 2026، من قبل الرئيس عبد الرحمن عيرو ورئيس الوزراء الإسرائيلي بنيامين نتنياهو، في خطوة جديدة تعزز العلاقات الدبلوماسية بين الجانبين، والتي بدأت بعد أن أصبحت إسرائيل أول دولة عضو في الأمم المتحدة تعترف باستقلال صوماليلاند في أواخر العام الماضي.

ووصف الرئيس عيرو الإعلان بأنه خطوة استراتيجية تتماشى مع المصالح الوطنية لصوماليلاند.

وسيُحال الاتفاق الآن إلى الهيئات التشريعية في صوماليلاند لمراجعته، وذلك في إطار الإجراءات الدستورية الل��زمة للمصادقة عليه.
