Amazon CS team promised on 25May pickup of my IPhone on 28 May and rescheduled to 29th and again rescheduled to 30th May without giving any reason.

[Mohammed Mohsin Ahmed @mohsinahmeddd3]

@AmazonHelp I have not received an email from the social media team, I have shared the screenshot of my message Center in this thread.

[Mohammed Mohsin Ahmed @mohsinahmeddd3]

@AmazonHelp Do you even know what page the link takes me to? Amazon needs to provide skill training to its customer service. The link took me to a form and after filling it it gave me a prompt to wait for 12 business hours. If you call that as a resolution then that what it gave me.

[Mohammed Mohsin Ahmed @mohsinahmeddd3]

@AmazonHelp I already filled this form last time and nothing happened. When you don’t want to do anything then why to show off by creating a team called social media and doing nothing? Amazon is failing with its every team to help its customers. @JeffBezos @amazonCOMPLAIN @BandBajaateRaho

[Mohammed Mohsin Ahmed @mohsinahmeddd3]

@AmazonHelp For how much time I need to wait?

[Mohammed Mohsin Ahmed @mohsinahmeddd3]

@AmazonHelp @JeffBezos @AmitAgarwal @amazonCOMPLAIN @jagograhakjago @BandBajaateRaho
I have been waiting for two hours for someone to chat with me! And this is the team you are asking me to connect as they will resolve my issue. Amazon is looking like a loser with these teams.

[Mohammed Mohsin Ahmed @mohsinahmeddd3]

@AmazonHelp Look at the time I have been waiting for someone to respond?

[Mohammed Mohsin Ahmed @mohsinahmeddd3]

@AmazonHelp Your so called social media team is transferring me to another team what an expertise you been insisting me to reach since one week. Amazing!

[Mohammed Mohsin Ahmed @mohsinahmeddd3]

@AmazonHelp The life would be very easy if you mention to click on the link with laptop or pc in with the link itself, Amazon being the global brand missing on customer experience is pathetic.

[Mohammed Mohsin Ahmed @mohsinahmeddd3]

@AmazonHelp This is where the link is taking me.

[Mohammed Mohsin Ahmed @mohsinahmeddd3]

@AmazonHelp No

[Mohammed Mohsin Ahmed @mohsinahmeddd3]

@AmazonHelp No emails received from your so called social media team.

[Mohammed Mohsin Ahmed @mohsinahmeddd3]

@AmazonHelp This is where the link is taking me.

[Mohammed Mohsin Ahmed @mohsinahmeddd3]

@AmazonHelp @JeffBezos @AmitAgarwal @amazonCOMPLAIN @jagograhakjago @BandBajaateRaho Please check with your team, is this not enough I am spending more than an hour with your customer service team? I was never able to connect with your social media team, through that so called secured link.

[Mohammed Mohsin Ahmed @mohsinahmeddd3]

@AmazonHelp Can you share the link as that link got expired after an hour.@JeffBezos @AmitAgarwal

[Mohammed Mohsin Ahmed @mohsinahmeddd3]

@AmazonHelp @BandBajaateRaho @jagograhakjago @JeffBezos @AmitAgarwal How should I contact them?
