@FedExIndia from 25 Aug 2022 till date I.e 12 sept 2022 @FedExIndia has no clue what it is doing with the parcel there have been calls for 40 mins requesting an update but nothing .Today we were told no agent only is assigned on the parcel for clearing !!!

The retained amount yet not released after a month of witholding it. No communication from @AvisFrance since 5 working days. The car was driven back & returned to parking so clearly no major issue exists
