@makemytripcare @makemytrip your operational failure has completely ruined my parents' vacation. They booked a 5-day stay (1 to 5 July) at Echor Himalayan Aurum Resort, Manali on 21 May. Their booking was cancelled at 10:43 PM on 30 June, barely a day before check-in.

Your operational failure should not become your customers' financial burden or ruin the only vacation they had planned. The only fair resolution is to arrange and cover an equivalent 5-day stay. Please take responsibility and resolve this urgently.

The compensation offered by MMT is nowhere close to the current cost of booking a similar 5-day stay at such short notice. A refund or token compensation is not a solution when last-minute hotel prices have skyrocketed. They have already paid extra to stay at the hotel today.
