This is NOT a discount. This is manipulation. @Swiggy
Ordered 2 plate momos + 2 rolls from Nizam Rolls.
Shown price after “discount”: ₹69–79 per item.
Item total (4 items): ₹276
Extra 10% off: –₹27.60
Delivery (4.4 km): FREE because of Swiggy ONE.
So far, so good. Right?
What’s the point of showing discounts when you recover the money through hidden charges?
This isn’t transparent pricing.
This is misleading the customer.
Customers aren’t fools.
If a bill almost doubles after checkout, the “discount” is fake.
Do better, @Swiggy.
Then comes the real game 👇
• Restaurant packaging: ₹130
• GST & “other charges”: ₹163.91
• Platform fee: ₹14.99
• Restaurant GST: ₹18.92
Final amount paid: ₹413
From ₹276 to ₹413.
That’s not inflation — that’s creative billing.

🚨 URGENT BANKING COMPLAINT – PLEASE TAKE ACTION 🚨
I raised a complaint with @HDFC_Bank on 22 Nov for an unlawful ACH Return Charge of ₹3,186 debited on 21 Nov.
Till today: NO resolution, NO call, complaint still pending.
@SwiggyCares this is beyond disappointing.
You sent me this in DM:
‘Refund of ₹245 + 2 coupons (₹145 + ₹48) added.’
That totals ₹438, but my order amount was ₹484.
Why am I still short-changed?
2-hour delay, order cancelled without informing me now random coupons with T&Cs.
Timeline of Swiggy’s replies:
• First DM: Refund = ₹245
• Added coupons = ₹145 + ₹48
• Total = ₹438 (still short)
• Now new DM: Refund is actually ₹484 with an RRN.
How can a company handling millions of payments be so confused about a single refund?
This is negligence.
Here’s what they sent:
₹245 refund
₹145 coupon (7 days only)
₹48 coupon
= ₹438
Still less than the ₹484 I PAID.
And coupons with terms like: ‘valid once, ‘no combining offers’, ‘expires in 7 days’.
This is not compensation. It’s disrespect.
