@NickGarnettBBC For broadcast check delivery specs. So for example BBC Current Affairs is HD at 25p or 50i at 50Mps. That said Iβve thrown 60p iPhone into the edit and all sorts of sub-spec footage. Usually fine as long as the delivered project meets broadcast specs.
Question to PAL broadcast editors: 25 fps on a phone or 30/60 fps? Which gives the better quality on tv? Is Appleβs nod to PAL worth it or would we get better results from footage shot ABOVE 25 fps even if itβs 30 (obviously a pro appβs 50 would be best)?
