@snaptravel So I have provided 3 booking numbers that had same thing all. And I have screenshots of ur "Urgent Care" team trying to make us pay double more for the deal we booked

@snaptravel never use this service. Its a big scam. They took my money and didnt do any booking at the hotel when complaining their and escalating to get the booking done. "Urgent Care" wanted more money to execute the same booking. BEWARE SCAM

@massimodutti I dont care honestly about what you do. Everything in the experience was awful. Your store cheated, ur customer service replied after a month and several visits, ur reply in social is the standard no value added. I am very comfortable not dealing with u anymore and spread it

@massimodutti The worst customer service ever. After submitting a complaint for 1 month no reply,only when i went back to the shop and shop had no clue if any updates. I receive a call after 3 days stating nothing is wrong on ourside and simply we can do nothing. Not dealing with u again
