Elon Musk becoming a trillionaire has been a really great IQ test for the general public.
You see people online who think Elon literally has a trillion dollars sitting in a bank somewhere and has chosen to just… keep it there.
These are not serious people and not worth engaging with. It’s like trying to have an intelligent discussion with a monkey.
Elon Musk is now worth so much money that if you liquidated his wealth and destroyed his companies you could FULLY fund:
- 2026 Interest on the National Debt
That's it. The Government continues to spend over $7 trillion while adding $2T to the debt every single year.
Quit listing all the things you think we should do with his wealth when we already spend $2T more every year than we take in.
Elon Musk is now a trillionaire. They’re driving Brink’s trucks loaded up with cash to his house as we speak. He took all the money from the rest of us and they’re just letting him get away with it. It’s an outrage. I’m shaking with righteous anger.
@RoKhanna No it wouldn't. Because the government would waste and funnel the money away. We're better off letting Elon use the money to create even more wealthy individuals
The next trillionaire will undoubtedly get there by solving some very important problems (like advancing electrification of global personal transportation by a decade or more, dramatically cutting the $/kg of taking stuff to orbit, or supplying wireless broadband internet to the entire planet).
I want to live in the world that person will help create.
@yElff_@jordanrulesTSP Those obese mfers still run faster than you. Price fielder ran a 17 second inside the Parker and he was one of the slowest guys in the league
@yinzer_g Not to be rude but you're either an asshole or you're clearly not over the age of 25. Life is lived and learned. If you're not getting wiser and better adept to handling things and seeing a different perspective it's out of arrogance or stupidity.
@yinzer_g Man I'm 32 and I can tell you my mental capacity and emotional growth has been huge in the last 5 years. Even from 22-27 it was a huge jump. I feel like the ages of 16-40 you're growing a huge amount every year in so many ways. Any man in their 30s can tell you 20s are tough.
