I will never stop bringing little glimmers of light from the campus’ I miss. Today, 7th graders showed thankfulness for teachers on a leaf & snuck them on their doors before leaving so they’ll have a surprise in the morning on what’s sure to be the longest half day ever💙🐻🧡🛡️

A few weeks ago I was inspired by @Mrs_DLG and her class’ Birdbrain projects. I have been dying to give it a Micro:bit twist so it would work for our 7th grade STEMers. Thankful for amazing educators and cool coding projects this week! 🧡🛡️💙🐍

This week 7th graders at OMS studied the differences between potential and kinetic energy. They were also able to apply their previous learnings of friction and force to create some pretty unique rubber band cars! 🏎️⚡️ #teacherjewelry

Today we kept it PAW-sitive, as Tuesdays should be (🐻) and my 7th grade STEM classes’ engineered water filters using a variety of items from the classroom and home! Will they be successful?! Stay tuned…. 👀🫣🤞🏼
