This is my legit tip... Don't spend time making lessons. Find one. Now spend your time and effort interacting with students and being available. Only 24 hours in a day and some of those you MUST spend on yourself and family.

Today we took five minutes to play "Vocab Tag" with some new words we are studying. Move to and tag an object in the room that you can associate with "notorious" or "lucidity," for example. Great to hear the students' reasoning, plus it builds in movement. #ncte
